Story of the Swing Set

Saturday a friend called wondering if we would be interested in the swing set he was about to take to with a chainsaw. If it safely held two swings, the answer was an enthusiastic yes! So Cody and Hannah headed off to check it out and came back with this:

It didn't fit in his truck! First step was to the car wash for a bath.
Cody said it was like painting it!

We needed a little help from our friends to get it in the yard.

The tree lost a few of its low branches.

Then after some bolts and new wood to fill in the larger holes,

we now have this to enjoy in our backyard. What a blessing!
