Last Swim and New Road

Yes, two signs that summer is coming to an end. Today was our last day to swim at the camp pool. Camp ends on Saturday. Then after dinner we took our first walk on the new road at the school across the street. They have been working on a new parking lot and road all summer. We have enjoyed watching the variety of trucks and machines at work, but they finally moved the cones blocking it off. Everything will be ready for the students when they show up in a little over a week. After spending the first two months of summer in a first-trimester-low-energy fog, time sure is speeding by!
